About Kristine:

Kristine was born and raised Northern California. She received her degree in Interior Design and has construction and real estate experience since 2002.
Kristine is a full time Realtors/Brokers in the south Placer, Sacramento area. She saw a need in the market for their clients in property management and DK Property Management was formed in 2016.

From collecting rents to full service property management and maintenance catered to each individual property owner's needs. We provide clear and easy communication for both our property owners and tenants, creating a harmonious relationship. DK creates a transparent, simple and convenient process for paying rents, requesting maintenance and receiving your monthly earnings within our online portal 7 days a week. This also will keep track of all payments received, rental agreements and walk through documentation.
